It is necessary to remember that labor laws do not regulate the process of technical actions, but the social relations of the subjects of legal relations, i.e., social relations, which appear due to the implementation and application of skills during working. In other words, an individual work of a scientist or a writer (and so on) is not be regulated by the norms of labor legislation, as it occurs outside social relations.
